Work package 4

Dissemination and Transfer

Strategic focus: Ensure effective dissemination and transfer of LogOn Baltic Results locally, regionally and internationally through valid channels

Planned results: Guarantee efficient dissemination; making sure that the events and materials will be done according to timescale; follow-up on the impact of the results during the duration of the project, including media coverage

WP 4 comprises the dissemination of Logon Baltic, and runs throughout the project period. It distributes the results within and outside the project also on EU level (incl. BSR organisations like CPMR Baltic Com. and BSSSC). WP4 activities spread over the entire project period.

WP 4's objective is to disseminate and transfer the knowledge gained from the project on local, regional, national and international level using the already existing organisations. This is done according to the Dissemination strategy outlined during the Kick-Off meeting and defined shortly after the meeting, and followed through during the entire project.
WP4 is also involved in Kick-Off, Mid-term Meeting and LogOn Baltic Conference arrangements. WP4 maintains the web pages. The first WP meeting in connection to kick-off meeting in Turku, and the second WP meeting is planned to be in Sweden. WP Leader ensures that all Reports and Notes are duly produced, made available and disseminated through all existing and valid channels.

WP4 also makes every effort to transfer the produced material through on-the-job training and formal education to potential users. This work is also facilitated by the fact that some Partners are also educators. Overall media coverage is also followed-up, and if necessary, coordinated by WP 4 Leader. One goal is to maximise media coverage both locally, nationally as well as internationally of LogOn Baltic outputs and results.
